Girls: Short or long dresses for prom?

Question by ?Songs About Jane: Girls: Short or long dresses for prom?
I am very skinny, short only 5’3 and curvy. Everyone at my school always wears long prom dresses every year but I feel like I would look better in a short dress.
Thoughts?

Prom=Long dresses :)
Formal/Homecoming=Short dresses.

    Short would look cute, but so would long.
    Don’t follow the crowd, go in whatever you would be most comfortable in, it’s good to stand out a bit anyways :)

    I agree, a short dress suits shorter, skinnier people like me (and you) better. Perhaps one than goes out after the waist?

    My sister is about your size and height, she wore a short dress and she looked so cute! I think you could pull it off :)
